I offset for myself. Save the hydrocarbons during the week so I can burn them all on the weekends. I do drive the LeSabre occasionally during the week too. Lately I haven’t been able to keep my foot out of it so I’m getting 7-8MPG while driving it... ;)

OTOH I am averaging only 80 “MPG” with the Volt - I drive too much I guess. Can’t keep it all electric.

I have an “EV” plate, but mostly because they told me I should get one. The RMV prefers it so that first responders can quickly identify that they are working with a high voltage battery. Even Prii are supposed to get one. They are free in MA. (unless you get a custom plate)

That is my philosophy. As much as I hate EVs and Hybrids, honestly the more people that buy boring high MPG vehicles, the more fuel reserves for me!!! Yay gasoline!!

I would get destroyed in a straight line. I’ve driven the Model S. It’s quick.

On the track, that’s another story. Though a more capable driver could probably keep up with me in the Tesla.

Seems like it, Prius owners moving up. I want to slap them. Around here unless they are charging them off their own solar farm, they are using coal etc.. to charge it.
